Rigging IV

2006-10-14, Buck Creek (Greenwater area)

This is all Highlines! Come put all your advanced rope skills to good use.

Field class will start with a roadside group demonstration. We'll then split into two groups to rig a system over the canyon. Members who have not experienced being an attendant will get the opportunity to try! The groups will then switch roles and re-rig the system.

Directions: Drive on 410 east from Greenwater. After passing FR 73, turn on FR 7160. Drive across the bridge and park on your left.

Time: Truck leaves cache at 0700 or meet at site at 0800.

NOTE: TRAIL PARK PERMITS ARE REQUIRED. GET ONE IN ENUMCLAW IF NECESSARY.
